  • No. A referral is not necessary to have a massage. However, some third party insurance carriers may require a referral from a family physician or Chiropractor for insurance claim reimbursements.

  • No. Massage Therapy can be used for relaxation and stress relief.

  • Yes and no. There may be some discomfort due to an injury to the muscle resulting in inflammation within the joint and muscles. Our therapeutic goal is to help you feel more relaxed and provide pain-free movement!
